Meet Cari on Regardless - the straight talking support every small business owner deserves

Let's be honest, most small business support falls into two camps. It's either so fluffy and motivational that you feel good for five minutes but nothing actually changes, or it's so full of jargon and corporate speak that you need a dictionary and a lie down afterwards!
Cari on Regardless is my answer to that.
Where it all started
Hi, I'm Cari and I've spent years working behind the scenes in busy businesses, seeing exactly what happens when systems are strong...and when they're non-existent.
I've worked in all sorts of industries, from property, to trades, to professional services. Different sectors, same problems! They're drowning in to dos, compliance, paperwork and no-one has ever taught them how to run a business. They're brilliant at what they do, but the back-end part is just chaos!
Time and time again, I'd see the same thing, with a bit of structure, some clear processes, and someone in their corner, everything felt lighter for them. Clients were happier, money flowed more smoothly and the business owner slept better.
Why 'Cari on Regardless'?
The name is a bit of a jokey play on my name and, like a lot of people, I've had to 'carry on regardless' through work, family life, financial ups and downs, and all the curveballs that come with being an adult human. I know what it's like to juggle a demanding job, a growing business, kids, pets, family life, health, finances and trying to have some fun along the way too!
So, when I support small business owners, I'm not talking from a theoretical, textbook place. I'm talking as someone who understands that your business lives inside your real life, not the other way around.
What Cari on Regardless is (and isn't!)
It is:
- a subscription-based space for self-employed people and small business owners
- focused on practical, real-world support - templates, workshops, how-to videos etc
- straight-talking, friendly and honest
- designed to build your confidence and competence as a business owner
It isn't...
- a 'get rich quick' scheme
- a place where you'll be shamed for not having everything perfect
- a corporate training programme full of buzzwords
I'm building this for the people who say things like...
"I know I need to sort my processes out, but I don't know where to start"
"I'm scared I'm going to miss something important legally or financially"
"I just want someone to tell me what to do in normal language"
What's coming next...
Cari on Regardless will be launching as a pilot in January, with a range of subscription tiers so you can choose the level of support that fits your business and budget.
Right now, I'm in the building and testing phase, working closely with a small number of businesses to make sure everything is genuinely useful, not just nice to have.
