Here's my story of how I became obsessed with making things work better!...

For over 30 years, I've been the person businesses call when everything feels like it's falling apart. You know that feeling when you're working harder than ever but somehow getting less done? I've spent over 3 decades as an office and operations manager, watching incredible people work themselves into the ground because they're constantly reinventing the wheel. I've watched far too many talented folk lose sleep because they can't keep track of everything, or spending more time chasing invoices than actually doing the work that pays. It breaks my heart, honestly. Because it doesn't have to be this way.
